Roberto Vazquez is a native of Tampico, Mexico, and has been a resident of Central Ohio for most of his adult life. Beginning his education at the American School of Tampico, Mr. Vazquez became a high school Exchange Student in West Jefferson, Ohio. He received his bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in finance from Wittenberg University in 1986.

Mr. Vazquez has over 34 years of combined automotive sales and management experience, including positions as Sales Consultant, Team Leader, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and General Manager. He is proud of the fact that his entire automotive career has been with the Toyota family, including a combined 3 years with Performance Toyota and Germain Toyota, and 31 years with Germain Lexus of Dublin. Mr. Vazquez has played a central roll in Germain Lexus of Dublin being recognized as an “Elite of Lexus” dealer for 30 consecutive years (1991-2021), an accomplishment only three other Lexus dealers nationally can claim.

First appointed by then Ohio Governor Robert Taft in 2005, Mr. Vazquez has served on the State of Ohio’s Motor Vehicle Dealers Board for the past 15 years. He held the position of Vice President on that Board for two years.

Mr. Vazquez is very involved in his community. He is an active member of Cypress Church. He has enjoyed serving as assistant coach for two local youth softball programs, Nightmare and Venom. In recent years, he has also developed a passion for running, logging 4 miles a day.

Mr. Vazquez is married to Lora A. Vazquez. They have two daughters, Kasi Ann and McKinly Ann. Roberto and Lora currently reside in Upper Arlington, Ohio.

Adam Castin has been with the Germain family for over 10 years and with Germain Lexus of Dublin since April of 2019 where he started as a Sales Consultant. He has since been promoted to a New Car Sales Manager in September of 2021. He has been in the Automotive Industry since 2010. Adam has worked with the Toyota and Lexus brand for most of his Automotive Career. He looks forward to providing excellent customer service with your next purchase from Germain Lexus of Dublin.

When not with guests at the dealership Adam enjoys being with his two boys, Noah and Liam, his girlfriend Ashley, and their dog Ruger. He also enjoys being outdoors, playing golf, hanging with friends, and riding his motorcycle.

Bryan Hammond has been with Lexus for 8 years, starting as a Sales Consultant at Lexus of Easton. Working for a brand who makes the finest automobiles in the world has been a blessing. From driving an LC 500 on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to Trainings at the North American Auto Show, representing Germain and Lexus has been exhilarating. Bryan is married to his wife Megan and father to son Jonah and daughter Evie. Serving his hometown of Columbus with the finest Pre Owned Vehicles in the Market is an honor. We can we will!

Dennis has been with Germain Lexus of Dublin for 25 years and is a Certified Master Sales Consultant. He feels fortunate to represent the finest luxury car brand, to work with a team of people who are professional and dedicated. Dennis was the first salesperson hired prior to the Lexus launch in August 1989. He has experience as a Lexus Sales Consultant, Finance Manager, New Car Sales Manager, and now serves as a Customer Relations Manager. His entire career both in and out of the auto industry has been centered on providing outstanding customer service. He is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University and is crazy about OSU football and the NY Yankees. Dennis is a cyclist, hiker and rehabber of homes as well as an aviator.

Ted has 15 years of experience and is Lexus Master Certified. As the Pre-Owned Sales Director of Lexus of Easton and Germain Lexus of Dublin, one of his major responsibilities is making sure that the selection of lightly used vehicles are some of the finest that can be found in the market. His standards reflect the high standards of Germain Lexus of Easton. This helps to ensure a rewarding purchase experience for our guests. He enjoys working for a company that takes such good care of clients and their employees, as well as the Germain family’s involvement in improving our community through various charities and assistance organizations. Ted and his wife have been married for six years.

Lexus Master Certified

Alena Bankes has been an employee of Germain Lexus since 2003. She was awarded the Top 20 Service “Overall Satisfaction” for the Lexus Central Area in 2015. She enjoys working with customers and strives to build long-term relationships with each one. Alena loves working with the Lexus product and the family atmosphere at the Germain Lexus dealerships. Alena is married with three sons and enjoys playing sand volleyball, softball and bowling.

Alain has a lifelong passion for everything motorized that began in his childhood which ultimately landed him in automotive sales starting in 2014. He’s brought that same enthusiasm in joining the Germain sales team at Germain Lexus of Dublin in February of 2022.

Alain is a third-generation Naval Aviation veteran who has served at home and abroad. He relocated from New Hampshire to the Columbus area in 2012. While having family and friends near and abroad, he also keeps up with his two sons in opposite corners of the country who both have careers revolving around the mountains and Snowboarding. Even though Alain still has a long-standing love for the Boston Bruins since playing hockey as a child in Bobby Orr’s backyard, he’s excited with the Columbus Blue Jackets as a favored home team.

Alain believes in building long-lasting relationships and fully embraces the Germain family’s strong emphasis in customer experience and community involvement. He is eager to do his utmost to excitingly introduce each client and friend, past, present and future into their next exciting journey on four wheels.

Clay has been a Sales Consultant with Germain Lexus of Dublin since 2019. Clay is incredibly excited to be a member of the Germain family as his father had previously worked for the Germain’s and his mother has been with the company since 2005.

Prior to joining the Germain Lexus of Dublin team Clay has 12 years of experience working with people through fine dining and home remodeling. Clay firmly believes in listening to what the guest wants first then providing the best options for his guests based off their wants and needs.

Clay’s personal time is mostly spent with what is most important to him, his family. Clay is a husband to his wife Mariah and a father to two daughters Maia and Millie. Clay is a proud Buckeye born and raised in Columbus, Ohio.

Eric Kirby joined the Germain Lexus of Dublin team in August of 2021 bringing with him over 8 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Eric is a 7-year veteran of the Virginia Army National guard where he specialized in diesel mechanics, recovery vehicle operations, and Blackhawk helicopter mechanics.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, grilling/smoking on his Pitt boss, playing golf, or watching his Washington Football Team and Miami Hurricanes football!

Jose started his career with Germain Lexus of Dublin in 2021 as a Sales Consultant and has fallen in love with the car business. Jose has previously served as a Payroll Specialist, Work Force Manager and Service Advisor at different dealerships before joining the Germain team.

Jose brings a true passion for the Lexus brand and a true appreciation to his valued guests, he truly wants to go out of his way to make your ownership experience second to none.

When he is not at work Jose enjoys hiking and spending time with his lovely family, his wife of 3 years Evelin and two little ones Antwan and Antonella. Jose is a resident of Galloway and a proud member of the Nueva Vida Church.

Matti Hernandez moved to Columbus in July of 2020 from California. He started at Germain Lexus of Dublin as a Technology Specialist in October 2020.

Matti has a passion for helping Lexus clients and takes great pride in going the extra mile to help them out and does whatever it takes to enhance their experience in any way possible.

Mattie is a dog dad to King who is 2 years old. Matti loves to workout, be active, try new food places and take King out for a walk or a swim.

Morgan has been with Germain Lexus of Dublin since 2020 but has been a fan of cars since growing up playing Need for Speed on his PlayStation One.

A 2015 graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Communication, Morgan brings a passion for helping his clients reward themselves with a new Lexus and gets just as excited as they do when they take delivery.

When Morgan is not at work he enjoys watching his beloved Buckeyes and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Marvin has been in the car business since 2012 and also has 15 years of experience in marketing and advertisement.He is originally from Detroit but has lived in many places including Chicago, Washington D.C. and New Orleans. Marvin loves poker, golf, cooking and hanging out with his family.

David has been with Lexus for 4 years now.

David is happily married to his wife Shannon and enjoys spending time with her and their son Tucker.

David is an avid UNC fan and when not at work enjoys working out, hiking and reading.

Marc has been with Germain Lexus of Dublin since 2007, originally coming to Ohio from the East coast.

Marc has been named in the top 10 in the nation for Lexus Certified sales and also number 1 in the region for Lexus.

Marc has two grown children, one in the Columbus area and the smart one in sunny California. Marc also has two adorable little granddaughters, and an almost as adorable golden doodle, Bella.

James started his career 30 yrs ago. James loves people and loves cars. James has 2 daughters Danielle and Jenelle and has 7 grandchildren. Anam Uddin has worked as an Online Shopping Specialist for Germain Lexus of Dublin since 2022. She has extensive experience in retail sales with over 16 years of customer service experience. She is honored to work with a team of professionals and dedicated individuals who represent the most prestigious luxury car brand. It is a joy for her to interact with our wonderful Lexus customers since they share the same love of the brand as she does. Anam is committed to helping clients with whatever needs or questions they may have. It is her goal to ensure that your Lexus experience is as enjoyable as hers.

In addition to enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends, she is also passionate about cooking. We have enjoyed Anam’s cooking many times at Lexus of Dublin, and it is always a dish you will not want to miss! The importance of family to Anam cannot be overstated. It has been over 21 years since she has been happily  married to Shuja Uddin, with whom she has two sons, Bilal Uddin and Ishaq Uddin. Adding you to her Lexus of Dublin family is something she is very eager to do!

Ryan has been with the Germain Automotive Group since 2011 and with the team here at Lexus since 2019.

Ryan loves getting to know all of his guests and making the delivery and paperwork process enjoyable and informative.

When not at work Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Jenna and daughter Ellainey and playing with his dogs Dom and Kona.

Philip Volpe has been with Germain Lexus of Dublin since 2020 as Delivery and Technology Specialist. However, Phil has a long love affair of automobiles that started many years ago when he participated in a focus group evaluating automobile design. After that chance encounter, Phil knew he was hooked on everything automobile tech! While in college, Phil studied engineering design and worked for many years testing system prototypes. Prior to coming to Germain Lexus of Dublin, Phil worked in R&D for another automobile OEM where he led focus group discussions and distractive driving simulation research studies.

When Phil isn’t helping our Lexus guests with their confounded technology problems, he can be found searching for treasures at a thrift shop or cheering on his beloved OSU Buckeyes! But what really brings joy to Phil’s heart is the satisfaction of helping Germain Lexus of Dublin guests understand technology and watching that “Ah-Ha”! moment.

Kim has been with Germain Lexus of Dublin for nine years and is Lexus Master Certified. She started out as a Lexus customer. “I was hooked on Lexus the first time driving one. I have owned four since then.” She loves interacting with our wonderful Lexus customers because they love their Lexus as much as she does. It’s rewarding for her to be a part of such a wonderful team. Kim will do anything in her power to assist clients with whatever they need or questions they may have. She is here to make sure their Lexus experience is as wonderful as hers has been. Kim and her husband have been married for 41 years and have two daughters and six grandchildren.

Josh is a Marine Corps veteran & has been in the automotive industry since 2001 with joining the Germain Family and Lexus Brand in 2010. He is a Lexus Master Certified ASE Service Consultant. The customers are his favorite part about his job, stating, “They are the reason why I am successful and why I do this job. I love being there for them, when it’s good and when it’s bad. They are like family to me.” The auto industry is his passion and in his off time he likes to camp, fish, golf, & spend time with his family. Josh is married with two boys, was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and is a huge Seahawks fan. He never misses an Ohio State Football game either! GO BUCKS!
